While we make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each product, we make no guarantees—express or implied—regarding suitability, safety, or fitness for any specific application.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to conduct all necessary due diligence prior to installation. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying compatibility, ensuring safe working condition, and performing full functional testing. All products must be installed and commissioned by licensed, qualified technicians in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.

By purchasing from Ontario Automation & Robotics Inc., the buyer acknowledges and agrees that Ontario Automation & Robotics Inc. shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss—including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or business interruption—that may arise from the use or installation of any product sold, regardless of the stated condition or description.

Use of any product without proper testing and professional installation is strictly at the buyer’s own risk.
