Warranty Information

Ontario Automation & Robotics Inc. provides a Full 1-Year Warranty on any product that encounters a defect from normal use.

Manufacturer's Warranty and Support does not apply.

Warranty will not apply if it is found that the Product defect occurred as a result of misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, accident, unlicensed repair or testing. The Warranty will only apply if the serial numbers and/or date codes match the original product sold. Products must be returned in original packaging, unless otherwise negotiated.

Products can be returned for replacement only, unless otherwise negotiated.
